I brought our vehicle in for scheduled service and wheel repair covered by the warranty. Also, we asked that they investigate a slight noise, the source of which could be from the AC or the sunroof. In the process, a tech found that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. What is noteworthy about this is effort the tech put in to determine the source of the noise. Sharyl is the BEST! Knowledgeable, thoughtful, straightforward and she made everything so easy! Customer care is at the forefront of her motivation -- even denying delivery when 'my' vehicle arrived damaged due to a weather event. She cares about her customers and goes the extra mile! Good location. Clean. Good service. Dealership bldg is good. Prices are a little high. Uber service is good. Carwash failed. They washed it but they did not wipe it dry so the car is still dirty. They did not vacuum or wipe the inside either.
As usual they always make me feel like I’m a very important customer and they want to be sure I am satisfied with the service.
They always do a great job and they keep me updated on the status throughout the day.

I had a great experience today with service at Larry Miller Lexus. The service rep was so helpful as he described what I needed and then relayed that my brakes also needed attention. This LHM dealership service department is the complete opposite of what many think of car dealerships. They are ethical, have use of the best equipment, are trained to use them, and have easily saved me money over the years vs my “local” mechanic.

I purchased a pre-owned 2010 Lincoln MKZ from this dealership. Nathan, the salesman, was low pressure, kind and willing to work with me to get my old car traded in and the Lincoln purchased. There were a few parts on order and Mike Pyper, my service advisor, called me when they came in. When I took in the car, he personally drove me home and then delivered the car to my house after the repairs were completed. I have never been treated so well by a car dealership before. Kudos to both Nathan and Mike.

We came to just look at a car we saw on line. Another car was suggested that was off sit. It was Friday and it was suggested to come Saturday AM to avoid Friday traffic. The car was pristine. Sales people were kind and professional. Price negotiation was reasonable. It did seem the paperwork was excessive but we were very happy with the whole experience.

I was told I would get a loaner car when I made my appt. When I arrived was told it would take an hour to check my vehicle. And hour and a half later, no diagnosis, no loaner car.
